One non-stretch soft, flexible fiberglass fabric tape measure in a durable white plastic case. The lightweight plastic case is just 2 inches in diameter. Just pull the plastic red pull tab to pull out the tape to measure. Push the red button to retract the tape back into it's case. Measures inches on one side and uses the metric system on the other.
