Simply wrap the tape around your waist or other body part and secure the red peg at the end of the measure into the case and cinch until snug. This fiberglass fabric and flexible and won't stretch like cotton fabric does. The unique design of this measure frees up your hand to record measurements. One non-stretch soft, flexible fiberglass fabric tape measure in a durable white square plastic case. The lightweight plastic case is approx. 2 inches wide and 3-1/2 inches long. Just pull the red pegged pull tab to pull out the tape to measure. Push the center red button to retract the tape back into it's case.
